Returns Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) in their original condition within 14 days of receipt. Once received and inspected, we will issue an exchange, store credit or refund, as applicable.
Items must be returned new, unworn and with the original garment tag and security ribbon intact and uncut.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, including any import VAT, duties or customs fees incurred on returns sent from outside the EU.
Returns must be securely packaged and sent via a tracked courier service. The customer remains responsible for the parcel until it has been received and signed for by our team. We recommend retaining proof of postage and tracking information, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit.

Strictly non-refundable and non-returnable. As these pieces are handmade to your specifications, they cannot be resold.
