Shipping policy

For international customers outside the EU:

Your order will be liable for import duties and taxes, which will be charged upon delivery and are the buyer's responsibility.

We aim to dispatch all goods that are in stock within 2-3 days from the order date; if you need the items sooner than this please drop us an email and we will do our best to accommodate this for you.  

All orders are packaged and shipped from our studio in Ibiza, Spain. 

Once your order is collected, express delivery times are usually: EU deliveries 2-3 days. International orders, 4-5 days.

Please note: shipping duration is an estimate only. Due to customs delays and other factors outside of our control, orders may take longer to arrive. We cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.

Studio Collection (Ibiza):

If you would like to collect your order near our studio in Ibiza, please select "Pickup" under the delivery options at checkout and email our team at info@isabelmoore.com with your arrival dates and preferred collection day. Collection is available by appointment only, and we will confirm a convenient collection time with you.
