Refund policy

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) in their original condition within 14 days of receipt. Once received and inspected, we will issue an exchange, credit note, or refund (as applicable).

Items must be returned new, unused, and with the original garment tag and security ribbon intact and uncut.

Shipping and return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility, including any import VAT or customs fees for returns sent from outside the EU.

All returns must be securely packaged and sent via courier only (e.g. DHL, UPS). We will arrange the return shipment on your behalf and send you the return label, along with collection details.

Please note that the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund (or invoiced separately for exchanges), and you remain responsible for the parcel until it has been received and signed for by us.

⚠️ We are not responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit. We strongly recommend ensuring that your return is properly packaged and that you retain a copy of the tracking number and collection confirmation.

REFUNDS

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used. Please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.

Refund Policy:

  • Full-priced items: Eligible for a refund, exchange, or credit note.
  • Sale items / Discounted styles: Not eligible for refund. May be exchanged for another size or returned for a credit note.
  • Bespoke / Made-to-measure items:
    Strictly non-refundable and non-returnable. These are handmade to your specifications and cannot be resold.
